Our surgeons were also the first in Central Massachusetts to utilize the da Vinci™ Surgical Robot to perform certain minimally invasive procedures, including a robotic-assisted laparoscopic prostatectomy as well as a robotic-assisted laparoscopic hysterectomy. In each instance, the surgeries were highly successful and patient recuperation and return to normalcy was excellent.
